The Royal Bank of Scotland, John Lewis Partnership and Unilever have all been shortlisted for a flexible working award. As part of the 2012 Workingmums.co.uk Top Employer Awards, these organisations have been shortlisted for the ‘Innovation in Flexible Working Award’. The award recognises employers who demonstrate specific policies and practices related to flexible working which are truly innovative and break new ground, whether that be in a particular industry or in general.
The complete list of organisations shortlisted for the flexible working award include: Martin Carty Gardening; Clink Limited; Sodexo Motivation Solutions; The Royal Bank of Scotland; Informa Plc; Loop Customer Management; John Lewis Partnership; and Unilever.
Employee engagement, talent attraction and family support are among the other eight categories where employers will be awarded.
