Due to the continued success and expansion of the company, we are hiring a Project Manager/Support Specialist. This is a permanent and full-time role with an immediate start and based in Softworks Canadian Office.
The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially savvy individual to grow a new implementation and support team!
The Softworks Project Manager/Support Specialist (PM/SS) is results focused and experienced in working across industry verticals. The PM group manages and co-ordinates a well thought out delivery process which adheres to a variation of experience managing parallel project implementations. The PM will take a balanced and measured view of implementing projects and aligning customer requirements within available project resources, both from the customer point of view and a Softworks point of view.
In addition and perhaps most importantly, the candidate should be commercially aware. Although not a sales role, having the ability to spot the opportunities for up-selling is a differentiator.
Qualifications
The typical PM will have upwards of 5+ years’ industry experience and hold
- Bachelor’s Degree- Project Management qualifications
- A proven track record in project delivery
- Knowledgeable in Workforce Management (an advantage)
- Fluency in French is not a requirement, but an added advantage
- Full clean drivers’ license
